to change wifi network i try press switch more than 4s to restore the factory state (Homekit-XXXX) but this network never appear on my computer and the relay as deseapered from my old network...
i tried a lot of time without success.
wat's wrong?

To reset the device, please quickly switch on/off 10 times on the switch which connected to the device
The same thing happened to me and I still can't reset the equipment.
Were you able to do the reset?
