Plug hardware failures - Model PG04

I have had another failure today. There seems to be a quality issue with these plugs, they are failing at an alarming rate!

Just to let everyone know I had my first V2 failure. However, the ESP chip is fully working and while the "on/off" software and physical switches are responding (and clicking), the 240v output from the plug can not be switched on.

Yes, can hear the relay click who switched on, but not when switched off. So perhaps the relay is not making contact. Will pull apart at some point and try to diagnose. Like you said, annoying you have to destroy to take apart, but understandable from a safety perspective.
