Plug blown while connected to 15A max tumble dryer ?

Hi,

I bought 3x V3 plugs (https://www.athom.tech/blank-1/tasmota-esp32-c3-eu-plug-v3) recently and it all worked as expected but now one of them seems to have blown relay. It briefly switches the current on when toggling the switch then switches off.

the tumble dryer is a miele appliance rated at max 15A.

Any idea? Can someone confirm?

I obvioulsy unplugged the other appliances as it was specifically bought for that use case since they are rated at 16A.
