FCOB IC RGB (BTF-24V-720L-W) in 24VDC with LS-4P controller

hello, I have difficulties setting up WLED on my FCOB 24VDC. Communication is fine but it stays with multi-colors and does not follow the settings. Power ON/OFF is working fine and I can read the info. Should I wire the FCOB LED strip directly rather than through the controller ? Thanks for your advice. BR DdC
