E14 not working

I purchased 2) E14 bulbs with WLED. One workd fine, the other shows up in my router scan but the IP is not reachable. It worked for about 2 minutes and since then it doesn't light up. I tried to reset the bulb but that didn't work. I did not uodate the bin file. It just doesn't work.
