I just received my pre-flashed 15W E27 bulbs ordered after they were supposed to be using standard firmware. I activated the first one, opened the Tasmota UI, and attempted to upgrade the firmware. It said it was uploading and the device would restart. The bulb turned off but never came back on again. The Web UI went to a page indicating it was on minimal and I should try to upgrade the firmware. I clicked on the upgrade button and lost access to the web page. The device dropped off my router and hasn't re-appeared. I've tried power cycling to reset it without success. I thought this wasn't supposed to happen with bulbs that are "Fully compatible with Tasmota official OTA server," but it seems like I've lost this one. I don't have the equipment to physically flash Tasmota. Is there anything else to try?

I have a sneaking suspicion that there is something wrong with the bulb hardware. I have 7 of the athom 7W and two of them simply disappeared off the network. In my case, one was tasmota and another was esphome. In the latter case, it's been working for weeks, but I took the bulb out in order to test another option and when I put it back in, there is no more connection, no AP, no sign of anything other than the light turning on (and getting rather hot after a while). I can only turn it off with a hard switch. No amount of toggling power seems to get it back. Same with the tasmota bulb, even after I did a serial reflash with stock firmware. Clearly something is working as I could send the serial data, but nothing after a reset.
