Smart plug V2 Power cycle command?

Is it possible to issue a command to the plug that lets it do a power cycle i.e. disabling and enabling power? I have one that is connected to my router. I would like to be able to restart it remotely because my VPN inside it sometimes stops working and a restart will fix it. Obviously I cannot switch the plug off and on bc it would lose connection when the router is powerless.
